Last Updated: 08 December 2025 Welcome to wa.cloudtrain.in. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, dashboard, products and services provided by CloudTrain. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. 1. Acceptable Use You agree to use wa.cloudtrain.in and WhatsApp Cloud API services only for legal, ethical and permitted business purposes. You must not use our platform for: Sending spam or misleading messages Fraud, scams, or illegal activities Promotion of prohibited or harmful content Abusive, offensive, or threatening messaging Any activity that violates Meta/WhatsApp policies Violation of acceptable use may lead to account suspension or termination without refund. 2. Account Responsibility You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any action done using your account will be considered as done by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately. We are not responsible for loss caused due to someone accessing your account. 3. Billing & Payments Access to the platform is subscription-based. All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension. Inactive or unpaid accounts may be removed after 30 days. 4. Service & Availability We aim to provide smooth and uninterrupted service. However: System maintenance or external issues (Meta, hosting, API) may cause temporary downtime. We are not responsible for business loss due to downtime, message failures, campaigns, or third-party API limitations. You understand that WhatsApp delivery rates depend on Meta/WhatsApp and not solely on us. 5. Data & Privacy We do not sell or share your customer data. You are responsible for data you upload or send via our platform. You must only import contacts who have agreed to receive messages. Any misuse of customer data is strictly prohibited. 6. Ownership & Copyright The platform and dashboard remain the property of CloudTrain. You are granted a license to use the dashboard, not ownership of the software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the system without permission. If you are a white-label vendor/reseller, your access is subject to your subscription validity. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account if: These terms are violated Activity harms the system reputation or WhatsApp business policies Payment is delayed or disputed After termination, access to campaigns and data may be removed. 8. Limitation of Liability wa.cloudtrain.in is not responsible for: Business losses Message delivery delays Unauthorized account access Actions taken by WhatsApp / Meta Blocking or banning of numbers due to user behaviour Users are fully responsible for the type of content they send. 9. Modifications We may update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms. 10.
